Apples (peeled, cored, & diced) 1/2 c. Blueberries 20 ea. Rasberries 3 1/2 Tbsp. Tapioca (minute) 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tbsp. Oil 1/2 c. Apple Juice Concentrate Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil a 9x9x2 inch baking dish. Stir together all ingredients. Pour mixture into the dish and put your favorite crisp topping on top. Bake for 50 minutes or until the crisp looks done.
