Guest guest
I’m going to try to convert my mom’s best brownie recipe. It calls for 6 whole eggs. It makes a really fudge-y type brownie. Should I use tofu (I have firm silken on stand by) or maybe a combo of tofu and applesauce? Here’s the recipe: 1 ½ butter (I plan to use willow run margarine) 6 eggs (here’s the problem) 3 cups white sugar (I didn’t say they were healthy :-) ) 1 cup cocoa 2 ½ cups flour (I’ve made them w/ brown rice flour and bean flour with good results) 2 tsp xanthan gum pour into cake pan (13x 9) and bake at 350 for about an hour Thanks for any ideas. Guest guest
Hello, Lisa. I'm a newbie here at this group, but I think I can help. Try EnerG Egg Replacer. It's free from gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, egg, yeast, soy, nut, and rice. , " Lisa Watson " <ozark_homesteader wrote: > > I'm going to try to convert my mom's best brownie recipe.
