Guest guest Posted January 20, 2005 Report Share Posted January 20, 2005 Jalapeño Lemonade 1/2 Cup Sugar 6 1/2 Cups Water 3/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice 2 Jalapeños, stemmed & sliced w/seeds Combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in small sauce pan. Simmer until sugar dissolves and liquid is clear. Combine in pitcher with remaining water, lemon juice and sliced Jalapeños. Stir and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Strain or serve with Jalapeños, depending on pain threshold. Alternate Method Make a pitcher of MinuteMaid Lemonade (from concentrate). Add Jalapeños. Refrigerate. Serve.
