Guest guest
I have a bag of Teff grain (Not Teff flour). Is there anyone out there with a recipe for this tiny little grain? Thanks, David.
Guest guest
David, Here's a bunch of links for recipes with it from Bob's Red Mill. http://www.bobsredmill.com/recipe/search.php?category_ID=all & product_ID=387 & keyw\ ords= & submit=%3A%3A+search+%3A%3A The only one that I have tried is the teff pudding and while my kids didn't like it, I did it. I also have a recipe for Injera in one of my books, but that recipe didn't turn out too well. I also cook it up and eat with just some salt. Very good. A highly enjoyable grain and one that I wish was a little cheaper. Lisa --- David <dshawrmt wrote: > > > I have a bag of Teff grain (Not Teff flour).
