Guest guest Posted October 6, 2005 Report Share Posted October 6, 2005 Holiday Soy Nog Serving: Serves: 4 1 cup peeled and cubed butternut squash 2 cups vanilla soy milk 3 tablespoons brown rice syrup 2 1/2 tablespoons lecithin granules 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Steam the squash for about 20 minutes, or until soft. Drain and let cool for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a blender, add the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
