Seitan wings?

Okay, Pat S. I want to know your recipe for your Seitan chicken wings! Sounds

sooo good....and your roast?? Yum, the only thing I've done is Seitan

steaks...did you just cut the Seitan dough a certain way for the wings? And did

you just put the whole Seitan dough roll in the crock pot? Let me know, I never

thought of doing it that way...it makes sense that you could just cook the whole

roll as a roast....

Be warned, the wings recipe is not slimming! Mine was a riff on this one from

I did not put mine on a stick and neither did I make as complicated a breading.

Basically just a seasoned wash and Panko. My sauce was traditional Buffalo

sauce, which is Frank's hot sauce and margarine (Earth Balance).

The roast recipe - which I have not made yet due to a change in my schedule - is

from a site called Ellen's Kitchen, which is not exclusively vegetarian, but

chock full of great recipes. You'll have to Google it for the link. I'm excited

to make the roast.
