It is still hard to figure out what to eat everyday, but your responses helped a LOT! Thanks! I recently purchased Arrowhead Mills Wheat Free Baking Mix. I checked the ingredients, and found no ingredients that contain gluten. The product is not listed as gluten-free, though. Any ideas as to why? Have any of you ever used it?
