Guest guest Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 An OB told my friend who is 45 years old and 6 weeks pregnant that she would need to take progesterone for a successful pregnancy. She has a 5 year old and desparately wants another child, but has had a couple of miscarriages. She doesn't want to take the progesterone b/c of side effects. Has anyone else had experience with using progesterone in conjunction with a pregnancy and/or can recommend foods that can raise progesterone levels? Thanks!!!
