Guest guest
I use a 72 cm ball at the computer. I use a 60 something for exercise. I have balance issues and it is supposed to help with core strenght (balance). I'm sure it works because I'm not getting any worse and I haven't used it regularly enough to know if it will get me over the hump. When I wrecked my back (vacuuming!) I sat on the ball to watch t.v. at night and it was a life saver or should I say back saver. Shari

Was wondering if it was possible to do while at the computer<grin> -- Sharie
Guest guest
Hi, Shari and list.....I wrecked my back cleaning a Jacuzzi tub and have been in a wheelchair for the last two years. L4 and L5 out of whack and I'm in a lot of chronic pain 24/7. Maybe I need to get an exercise ball. Thanks for this post.......Betsy SV <shavig wrote: I use a 72 cm ball at the computer.
