It's great news that Hong Kong's Legislative Council has passed the

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Amendment) Bill 2006.

 

We'll have to keep an eye on what happens in the next case of animal cruelty

that goes to court in Hong Kong.

 

It's also good to see this news was published in Xinhua.
