Guest guest
Flaxseed Gel 2 c. water 6 Tbsp. flaxseeds 1. In small pot, add flaxseed and water and bring to a boil. Almost as soon as it begins to boil, it will turn from a watery liquid to a jelly-like consistency. 2. Remove from stove and immediately pour flaxseed mixture through a strainer and into a container. 3. Cool and store in refrigerator. Use as an egg white replacer and binding agent. 1/4 c. flaxseed gel=1 egg
