Guest guest Posted April 11, 2005 Report Share Posted April 11, 2005 Carrot Salad Source: 100% Vegetarian Combine the following in a bowl: 2 cups finely grated carrot 1/4 cup finely chopped, fresh parsley, packed 1 green onion, chopped the juice of half a lemon (not bottled lemon juice) Mix well and serve.
