Guest guest Posted October 9, 2005 Report Share Posted October 9, 2005 Black Bean Pico Gallo 6 servings 2 c. cooked black beans 2-3 tbsp canola oil 1 med. onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 c. cooked basmati brown rice 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp ground ginger 2-3 tbsp veganWorcestershire sauce salt pepper (optional) Saute oil and garlic in saucepa until golden.
