Guest guest Posted October 9, 2005 Report Share Posted October 9, 2005 Cold Dessert Soup Into the blender, in the order listed, place: 4 pitted nectarines or peaches 1/2 cup cold white grape juice 1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener (or to taste) juice of 1/2 lemon 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon Run blender for 1 minute, or until soup is smooth. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately. If using a blender or food processor, you might want to chop the fruit. You could also peel it, but you'd lose some of the nutrients. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
