Guest guest Posted November 20, 2005 Report Share Posted November 20, 2005 I kind of fly by the seat of my pants when I cook, but here is what I did recently that I couldn't stop eating.... I took frozen whole green beans and mixed them with a rectangled container of Imagine brand Organic Creamy Potato Leek Soup (my choice for a cream of mushroom soup substitute as I have never actually tried to make cream of mushroom...) and threw in some almond slices and topped with soy cheese (which still contains a bit of milk protein but you can probably find some that is totally dairy free). I baked it until it was warmed through and slightly browned. The only changes I would make next time is to add 2 bags of frozen beans and hide out somewhere so I don't have to share.
