Guest guest Posted January 26, 2005 Report Share Posted January 26, 2005 I took a rice pasta dish to a potluck once, and it looked great when I poured it in the casserole, but by the time we arrived, the sauce had been absorbed and the pasta was pasty and few ppl ate it. I would transport the sauce (not necessarily this recipe, but for many pasta recipes) separately and let individuals pour the sauce on. HTH.
