Guest guest Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 Almond Cream Fruit Dressing Source: Women of Spirit, May/June 1998 2 cups pineapple juice, unsweetened 1/2 cup almonds, blanched and peeled 2 tsp. honey*** Pour 1 cup of pineapple juice into blender. Add almonds and honey and blend until smooth. Mix in remaining juice. Use as topping for fruit salad. ***Maple syrup may be substituted for honey.
