Guest guest
Jody's Everyday GF Bread (1 lb. Loaf; can be doubled) (okay for bread machine or regular oven) 1 cup Tapioca Starch Flour 3/4 cup White Rice Flour 1/2 cup Cornstarch or Potato Starch 1/4 to 1/2 cup liquid sweetener of choice (maple syrup; brown rice syrup; etc.) 2 tablespoons Xantham Gum 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast 2 large eggs + (see note below for flax gel substitution) 2 tablespoons oil 3/4 cup warm water Can make up baggies of dry ingredients, label White Bread, and store in refrigerator. You then have a mix to use whenever you want and only have to add the liquid ingredients (eggs, oil, honey and water). Be sure dry ingredient mixture is room temperature before using. Flaxseed gel may be subbed for eggs (1/4 c per egg). Bake in bread machine or in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately after baking and cool outside of machine.
