Guest guest Posted April 13, 2005 Report Share Posted April 13, 2005 Here's a simple gravy, that is good with potato, or can be spiced up for mexican dishes requiring a sauce. Simply buzz in a food procesor, or a blender, 1 can of rinsed pinto beans 1 can of stewed tomato's undrained I also add this to sauteed onion, garlic, etc, for an Italian pasta sauce.
