Jo Anne, I know all about Bob's Red Mill and love it!! I just bought 25lbs of

it over the his website. I use it in almost everything at home. I was just

needing some individual flour suggestions for baking contests that I entered for

Martha White and Fleishmann's Yeast and was not going to be able to use another

brand name, such as Bob, in my ingredients.
