Vanishing Fruit-Nut Balls

3/4 cup sunflower seeds

3/4 cup pecans

1 cup raising, softened

1 cup pitted dates

2 Tbsp. honey (or vegan alternative)

2 tsp. grated orange rind

 

Grind sunflower seeds in dry blender. Chop pecans, raisins, and

dates. Mix first four ingredients; add honey and orange rind and mix

well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Cover with waxed paper and chill.

 

8 servings.
