Guest guest Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 Vanishing Fruit-Nut Balls Source: Women of Spirit, May/June 1998 3/4 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup pecans 1 cup raising, softened 1 cup pitted dates 2 Tbsp. honey (or vegan alternative) 2 tsp. grated orange rind Grind sunflower seeds in dry blender. Chop pecans, raisins, and dates. Mix first four ingredients; add honey and orange rind and mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls.
