Guest guest Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 PUMPKIN FOAMY Source: Taste of Health *My kids love this recipe. . . 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk 1 medium banana, broken into pieces 1/4 cup solid-pack pumpkin Dash or two of cinnamon 2 Tbs. pure maple syrup 4 ice cubes Place everything except ice cubes in blender; blend till smooth.
