PUMPKIN FOAMY

*My kids love this recipe. . .

 

1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk

1 medium banana, broken into pieces

1/4 cup solid-pack pumpkin

Dash or two of cinnamon

2 Tbs. pure maple syrup

4 ice cubes

 

Place everything except ice cubes in blender; blend till smooth. Add

ice cubes and blend again.

 

Makes 2 10-oz. servings.

Calories per serving: 150
