The files section of this group are amazing! But I do understand

what you are asking...more of a database where you can request

recipes without certain ingredients. The only one that I can think

of is www.allrecipes.com You can do a search by ingredients...ones

that you want, ones that you don't, and an additional keyword. For

example, you can type corn and rice in the " want " category because

you know you have those things on hand, then put " wheat, tomatoes,

mushrooms, yeast, oranges " in the " don't category " , and then

put " soup " in the keyword box because you want soup for dinner. (or

whatever) Keep in mind that I don't think the database would

recognize the word gluten. You will still get recipes with oat or

barley in them but you would be searching through way less recipes

doing it this way than just browsing.

Hope that helps!

PS Where did you get your allergy/intolerance testing done? One of

my daughters are having food allergy/intolerance sysmptoms and I

can't figure out what the problem food/s is/are. Thanks!

Hi Rebecca,

Welcome to Vegan and Gluten Free.

Another site you may find useful is Food you Can Eat.com. When you

register, you tick all the foods you can't eat, and then when you

are logged in, you'll only be shown recipes without those foods.

great to be able to find recipies for stuff I have on hand...and to

keep out the things I don't want too.
