Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 STEDDA RICOTTA This is excellent in lasagna or any other recipe requiring ricotta. 1 lb. firm tofu 1/3 c. olive oil 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or ground rock salt 1/4 tsp. salt free seasoning Place three-fourths of the tofu and the remaining ingredients in a blender.
