Taking the plunge and avoiding Anemia

OK. I'm ready to take the plunge into Vegan-ism again. I say again, b/c at one

point in time, I was. And the I was diagnosed Anemic. So, anyone have ideas how

to keep the iron up in a vegan diet, I know leafy greens (right now I get it

from 1 egg a day). How about recipes? Tip and tricks?
