Transitioning: nuts, concentrated foods and indigestion

I am a 90% raw foodie, eating occassional wheat products, chocolate

and cheese. I have found transitioning to 100% raw vegan difficult

because of the cravings for concentrated foods. However, I am unable

to satisfy this craving with raw nuts, dried fruits and other

concentrated and power foods because, even eaten in very small amounts

these foods give me indigestion and make me sick. Raw cocao tastes

great but a tiny amount makes me feel like i've OD'd on caffine, while

I can eat regular bitter sweet chocolate without any problem. Can

anyone recommend easily digestible alternatives?

 

A couple of years ago I was 100% raw vegan with no concentrated foods

for 2 months. My physical and mental health was incredible and I

looked beautiful and radiant - i want to get that back.
