Guest guest
Because the temperature is getting so high now - I am concerned about ordering products through the mail. The shipping trucks must get pretty hot - especially in the southern states and shipping on planes. Has anyone done any investigation into that? Especially since raw foodist are concerned with enzymes not getting to 105 - 120 degrees - I would think this might be checked out somewhere. Do you know of anyone that has refrigerated trucks that deliver? I know too low refrigeration would be a problem also. I just thought about it and was wondering if anyone else questioned this. Another reason to eat close to home I suppose - but I do love those tropical fruits this time of year and we sure don't grow them in Wisconsin.
