Guest guest Posted January 14, 2005 Report Share Posted January 14, 2005 Lemon-Chive Potatoes Servings: 4 10 to 12 new potatoes -- (about 1-1/2 pounds) 2 tablespoons margarine (or olive oil) 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives 1/2 teaspoon salt dash of ground nutmeg (optional) Prepare and cook new potatoes in boiling water until tender. While potatoes are cooking, heat remaining ingredients just to boiling. Turn hot potatoes into serving dish. Pour lemon mixture over potatoes.
