Banana-Peach Smoothie

Serving Size : 3 servings/ about 1 cup per serving

 

16 ounces canned peaches -- undrained, sliced

1 medium banana -- ripe

2/3 cup soy milk

1/2 cup soy yogurt -- vanilla

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

2 ice cubes

 

Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Place peaches, reserved

juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until

mixture is smooth.
