Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes 8 ounces soft tofu 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 cloves garlic -- minced 1/2 cup white kidney beans -- cooked 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 green onion -- chopped In a food processor or blender, combine tofu, lemon juice, beans, and salt. Process until smooth. Add green onion and process a few seconds, trying not to liquefy the onion. Refrigerate and serve cold or at room temperature.
