Guest guest
I found tapioca flour at Butera Market, but I am in Illinois. Don't know if there is one near you. have tried an egg replacer. Also cooked prunes can be used in place of oil and possiably egg-would be worth a try. i also read on here that someone used a can of soda in place of an egg-like lemon-lime type. danielle_golio <daniellegolio wrote: I'm looking for a cupcake recipe (does not matter - white or chocolate) that I can bake for my son. He is going to a birthday party and I want to be able to bring something for him to eat when all the other kids eat cake. Recipe can not include eggs. Thanks!!!! I did see one here in the recipe file but it calls for tapoica flour which I can't seem to find in the local stores. Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail. Guest guest
If all else fails that you can not find the flours that you want. I have used a Gluten Free cake mix and instead replace the egg that you would add with a substitute like applesauce or mayo with no eggs in it. Enjoy God bless Patricia , " danielle_golio " <daniellegolio wrote: > > I'm looking for a cupcake recipe (does not matter - white or chocolate) > that I can bake for my son.
