I'm looking for a cupcake recipe (does not matter - white or chocolate)

that I can bake for my son. He is going to a birthday party and I want

to be able to bring something for him to eat when all the other kids

eat cake. Recipe can not include eggs. Thanks!!!! I did see one here in

the recipe file but it calls for tapoica flour which I can't seem to

find in the local stores.
