Fritos rice(any kind) sweet & sour sauce(either homemade or store bought) chopped tomatoes chopped onion chopped celery chopped sweet pepper, green or red or other pineapple tidbits or chunks almonds-sliced or slivered coconut Stack and serve. Great for potlucks. The original recipe called for Chinese noodles, but of course they contain gluten, so I substituted Fritos. Bean threads might also work well for a base in this recipe.
