Jenni--No specific ideas, but it is good to use in baking desserts

especially. I'd better get a bunch of specific recipes together myself, since I

bought

it in bulk myself and haven't used it yet! LOL! Thanks for the reminder. :)

HI!

 

I'm new. Sweet rice flour is used in a dessert called mochi. I found it in

Hawaii. It's roots are asian. Some don't like it, but I LOVE it. There are

all sorts of mochi to make. Do a google on it.

does anyone have any experience using sweet rice flour??

 

I found it at my little downtown market, and the box says it is a

superior thickening agent especially good for recipes to be

refrigerated or frozen... it inhibits liquid separation...

 

I'm thinking DESSERT!!!

 

any suggested recipes? or sites??
