I'd better get a bunch of specific recipes together myself, since I bought it in bulk myself and haven't used it yet! LOL! Thanks for the reminder. Some don't like it, but I LOVE it. There are all sorts of mochi to make. Do a google on it. I found it at my little downtown market, and the box says it is a superior thickening agent especially good for recipes to be refrigerated or frozen... it inhibits liquid separation...
