Guest guest Posted August 31, 2006 Report Share Posted August 31, 2006 Raw Nut Ice Cream Source: The New York Times Natural Foods Cookbook Serves 6 2 cups soy milk 1 cup almonds 1 cup pecans 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup honey (or alternative sweetener) 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix all the ingredients together and blend in an electric blender in batches until smooth.
