I was trying to make some " master mixes " from the recipes in Lisa Lewises book " Special Diets for Special Kids " , and when I started to make the pudding mixes, I ran into a problem. I need to know--is tapioca starch the same as tapioca flour? I know potato starch and potato flour aren't the same, but I have NO clue about tapioca!
