Guest guest Posted April 18, 2005 Report Share Posted April 18, 2005 Chocolate Pudding or Pie Filling Source: Soyfood Recipes for the American Table - White Wave 1/3 cup cocoa 3/4 cup sugar (Florida Crystals is vegan) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup cornstarch (1/3 cup if making pie) 3 cups soy milk 3 tablespoons non-dairy margarine 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla Combine the cocoa, sugar, salt, and cornstarch, and mix well. Then add the soy milk, whipping constantly. Bring this mixture to a boil over medium hdat, still whipping constantly. Then lower heat and cover. Let boil gently for 5 to 10 minutes.
