Guest guest Posted May 26, 2005 Report Share Posted May 26, 2005 Chocolate Sauce 6 level tbs cocoa 3/4 tsp stevia (liquid or powder) 1 c. milk alternative 4 tbs honey (or vegan alternative sweetener) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbs vegan margarine In a small pan mix the cocoa and stevia with about one-half of the milk alternative. Bring to a light boil. Add the honey (or maple syrup; agave syrup; brown rice syrup). Gradually stir in the rest of the milk while the mixture is boiling. Boil 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
