If you press on Files (which are shown to the left of this screen) you can get all kinds of neat information. Go through the following steps and you will get to the GF flour mix. First press Files, then ***recipes posted to VGF***, then Flour Blends, then 10 Gluten free flour blends, and at last GF flour mix; GF flour mix; 6 cups of white rice flour 2 cups potato starch 1 cup tapioca starch(flour) (I use 4 cups of brown rice flour and 2 cups of white rice flour, and I still get great results) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
