Guest guest Posted May 27, 2005 Report Share Posted May 27, 2005 Cashew Gravy Source: Country Kitchen Collection 1 cup cashews 5 cups water 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 1/2 Tbsp. marmite or 1/4 cup soy sauce (wheat free) 2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 - 1 tsp. salt Blend smooth all ingredients with 1 1/2 cups of the water. Add remaining water. Lightly boil, stirring, until thickened. ***This is my favorite wheat-free gravy! It is always creamy, rich, and tasty!
