Guest guest Posted March 10, 2006 Report Share Posted March 10, 2006 I am constantly searching for vegan / gf " cooking for one " recipes that are simple. Any one have any good recipes or resources? I looked in the " ***Recipes Posted to VGF*** " section and have found tons of things that I can scale down proportinatilly for one person. I'm just looking for some " simpler " ones that I can " whip up " when I don't have time. I live in a house where I am the only vegan so I have to cook for myself and for the non-vegans which is such a hassle! And yes I have tried to get them to cook for themselves but unfortunately it always ends in catastrophy (either some thing in the kitchen is damaged or the person is). Thanks in advance! Any one have any good recipes or resources? There's a great cookbook called _The Single Vegan_, by Leah Leneman. I think it's out of print, but you should be able to find copies online (used or otherwise). It's not a GF cookbook, but the recipes can be adapted pretty easily.
