Karen,

 

Your very best bet is Sage's Cafe. They're a vegan restaurant (although

I've heard they've recently added organic meats), and very aware of

food restrictions, especially gluten. They've been so wonderful with my

daughter, who seems to be allergic to everything. Ian is the owner, and

he's quite helpful.
