Guest guest Posted May 26, 2005 Report Share Posted May 26, 2005 Cashew Burgers Serves 4 4 oz 125gm cashews, chopped 3 oz l 75gm rolled quinoa flakes 1 onion, finely chopped 1 egg replacer 1 tsp ground cumin salt and pepper to taste Mix all the ingredients together, if necessary adding a little water to bind them, and shape into flat rounds.
