As I'm still nursing him, I eat gluten free just like him. So I'm very intereting in reading your recipes, for in France, gluten free products are very rare, and very expensive. It seems to me that I live in the kitchen, and cooking takes so much time ! For I have to cook almost everything... I apologize for my bad english.
