Guest guest Posted May 26, 2005 Report Share Posted May 26, 2005 Guacamole Con Tomatillos 4 to 6 tomatillos 2 fresh green chilies (may mix hot & mild) 2 ripe avocados 1/2 shallot, minced cilantro, chopped salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Discard husks on tomatillos and boil until tender. Combine tomatillos and chilies in blender, mix. Halve avocados and remove seeds. Scoop out pulp and mash with a fork. Add other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
