Guest guest Posted December 26, 2004 Report Share Posted December 26, 2004 Macaroons 2 1/2 c. coconut 2/3 + 1/2 c. flour (I use Bob's Red Mill GF all purpose flour) 1/2 tsp. salt 2-3 tsp. vanilla 3/4- 1 c. pure maple syrup, as needed to make a thick batter Mix together. Scoop 1-2 T. on sheet. Flatten if desired. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350' until lightly browned. Cool slightly on sheet, then transfer to a rack. Enjoy!
