Guest guest Posted January 14, 2005 Report Share Posted January 14, 2005 Cauliflower Pakoras 1 medium cauliflower 1/2 - 3/4 cup water 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 1/2 cups chickpea flour (also called garbanzo flour) 1 teaspoon salt good pinch garlic powder 1 t garam masala powder 1. Divide cauliflower into flowerets. 2. Combine flour and spices and mix with water to a thick pancake mixture. 3. Dip cauliflower pieces in batter. 4. Deep fry until golden.
