Guest guest Posted October 31, 2005 Report Share Posted October 31, 2005 Millet Butter Source: www.amazingfacts.org 3/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup cooked carrots 1/2 cup boiling water 1 cup HOT cooked millet 1/3 cup fine, unsweetened coconut 1 tsp. butter flavoring Process carrots, salt, and a bit of the boiling water in blender until smooth. Add millet, coconut, and butter flavoring, gradually adding small amounts of water until blended smooth (work down with spatula). Chill. Yields: 2 cups. ***I prefer the water based extracts.
