Guest guest Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 Tofu " Whipped Cream " Source: Baking with Stevia (adapted) 8 oz. soft or silken tofu 1 tbls. oil 1/4 tsp. stevia extract 1 tbls. maple syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract pinch of salt Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
