Guest guest Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 Cream Cheese Frosting Source: Baking with Stevia ***this recipe has been adapted to make it vegan*** 8 oz. soft soy cream cheese (Tofutti) 2 tbls. soy milk 1 1/2 tbls. lemon juice finely grated rind of 1/2 lemon 1/4 tsp. stevia (pure white powdered) 1 tbls. maple syrup Soften the soy cream cheese with the soy milk.
